The successful candidate will be driving supply chain projects together with the leadership teams by providing project management methods and developing extensive project documentation while ensuring strong communication flow throughout for 2 major projects - warehousing and logistics (transition of carrier).

• 6 months contract for a maternity cover, NO conversion/extension
• Basic salary only
• Work days/hours: Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 6pm, hybrid work model

The Job:

• Identify project steps, and milestones, and assess requests
• Take the lead in defining scope, budget, and risks
• Produce project deliverables and coordinate teams
• Manage UATs, monitor KPIs, and address risks
• Evaluate on-time, in-full project delivery and long-term benefits
• Conduct post-mortem and handover
• Create and manage project governance
• Performance objectives include: timely project milestones, budget adherence, effective scope management, stakeholder engagement, risk management, relevant action plans, and key artifact generation

• Minimally 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain project management, preferably in FMCG/e-commerce environment
