The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with a French giant retailer with a global presence across 36 markets worldwide, and we are seeking a talented individual to join their business as a Supply Planning and Inventory Manager! Leading a team of 4, the successful candidate will take on the responsibilities of defining and driving supply planning best practices, managing inventory and replenishment processes, ensuring stock accuracy, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and analyzing data for continuous improvement.

- Basic salary + VB (% based on annual package) + attractive flexible benefits
- Work days/hours: Mondays - Fridays, 9am - 6pm, hybrid work model
- Location: Central region
The Job:
- Implement and oversee supply planning best practices.
- Monitor and manage in-store inventory levels, replenishments, rebalancing, and returns.
- Coordinate replenishment schedules with suppliers and the regional team.
- Manage local order replenishment software.
- Ensure accurate stock levels and establish a robust cycle count process.
- Handle order entry, tracking, delivery, and claims management.
- Analyze data to improve lead times, inventory requirements, order fulfillment costs, and service levels.
- Collaborate with the Merchandising team for demand planning, especially during key sales events.
- Create long-term demand forecasts considering promotional activities and seasonality.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure high order fill rates and efficient operations.
- Support brand marketing campaigns and new product launches with the Merchandising team.
- Identify and communicate slow-moving products to minimize aging stock.
- Regularly review the product database to ensure assortment accuracy.
The Talent:
- Minimally 6 years of relevant experience in the beauty industry coupled with a strong background in supply and inventory planning
- Strong leadership skills; prior experience in leading a team of 3-4 subordinates is a must
- Ability to formulate strategies and analytically inclined with proficiency in handling extensive data, capable of conceptualizing and turning data into meaningful analyses
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with various levels of stakeholders
- Meticulous and good time management skills to meet tight deadlines
