About the Role

Optimise business processes and lead change initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with various internal teams to understand current processes, identify areas for improvement, implement solutions and drive measurable results.

What you will do:

• Support Head of Department in organisational change activities and implementing changes.
• Undertake BAU tasks/roles on short term and rotational basis to better understand business processes, platforms and associate systems.
• Perform impact analysis/gap assessment by gathering info from users and from relevant local regulations and guidelines.
• Coordinate / support BAU small process, forms and system changes.
• Extract data and perform data analysis for business decisions and change justifications.
• Work with relevant stakeholders, process owners, developers, vendors on process improvement initiatives. Challenge status quo.
• Evaluate the change requirements and develop implementation plans. This includes change-impact-analysis, change readiness, UAT, training, capability transfer etc.
• Conduct briefings/workshops to familiarise process owners on new processes. Includes drafting, updating and oversight on SOP updates and controls setup/review with new changes.
• Prepare communications on change to both internal and external stakeholders.

What you should have:

• Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Business IT or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in operational excellence or process/workflow.
• Knowledge of SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis would be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Skills in VBA, Visio, Outlook Macro, Power BI preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
• Proficient communications skills to effectively collaborate with the team

About the Role

To work closely with Head of TA & Development, Head of TA, team of TA Managers, and other key partners to drive recruitment initiatives and challenges and to grow new agent productivity through new consultant challenges and support.

What you will do:

• Achieve the Tied Distribution and assigned Cluster(s) workforce (new recruits) and new agent productivity (VONB and active new agent) targets.
• Support in the development and implementation of recruitment and new consultant initiatives and challenges.
• Drive recruitment initiatives and challenges for Leaders by creating awareness and excitement and tracking and monitoring their progress.
• Track the performances of new Consultants productivity and activity and pace them towards qualification of the challenges.
• Supervise the onboarding applications to ensure timely contracting of new Consultants.
• Provide support and handle enquiries from Cluster Leaders on the onboarding process, recruitment challenges and initiatives, recruitment schemes, new Consultant challenges, recruitment digital tool, etc.
• Prepare accurate and timely updates to Leaders on the recruitment initiatives, results and standard process sharing through regular engagements with Leaders.
• Handle appeals and enquiries on financing schemes and recruitment initiatives.
• Assess candidates at selection interviews to ensure quality new Consultants and provide the most suitable schemes.
• Conduct performance review for Consultants on financing schemes, if required.
• Lead and run the assigned projects to achieve the targets.

What you should have:

• Education – Degree in Business or related fields
• Experience – Min. 3-5 years working experience in insurance/financial services industry preferred
• Certifications/licenses – M5, M9, M9A, Health Insurance preferred
• Skills – Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word, good communications and partner management skills
• Knowledge of the local insurance recruitment environment and policies is an added advantage.

An enthusiastic and energetic Events Analyst to create, drive and execute events that excite, engage and motivate AIA's internal customers and distribution partners to meet Tied Distribution targets and business growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Strategizes and implements agency-wide and location-based sales initiatives in order to achieve Agency location key result areas in

• Value of New Business,
• Number of Active FSCs,
• New FSC Activity Ratio,
• Number of Premier Agents (MDRT), and
• Number of Quality agencies (Agency Performance Dashboard)

Engages Agency Leaders and producers regularly to build strong partnership relationships

Designs programs and incentives to direct the sales behavior of agency distributors towards achieving key result area objectives.

Enforces agency performance standards to promote business quality Identifies and groom aspiring agency producers to become agency leaders

This role also performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Degree with 5 to 8 years of Managerial experience in Agency channel management
• M5, M9, M9A, HI, FLMI certifications preferable
• Knowledge of life insurance industry in Singapore and/or Asia
• Proficient communications skills to effectively explain policies with Agency distribution force and internal stakeholders
