Accounts Assistant (AR)

Job Responsibilities:

Billing and Invoicing:

• Maintain accurate billing records and issue invoices promptly.
• Ensure all invoices are sent to customers on time.

Payment Collection and Reconciliation:

• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure proper allocation.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor accounts for late or missed payments and take appropriate action.
• Complete billing, collection, and reporting tasks within deadlines.

Database and Records Management:

• Maintain and update customer records in the system.
• Reconcile accounts and address payment issues promptly.

Receipt and Cash Management:

• Process high-volume receipt postings.
• Follow procedures for receipts, cash handling, and bank deposits.

Customer Service:

• Manage a high volume of emails daily and respond to customer queries promptly.
• Address inquiries from customers and sales teams professionally.

Reporting and Ad-Hoc Tasks:

• Prepare AR aging reports and collection performance summaries for management.
• Support other tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor.

Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in Accountancy or relevant field.
• Min. 1 – 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in ERP system is an added advantage
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle high volumes of daily emails effectively.

Finance Executive

• Gross Salary: Up to $3500
• Working days & hours: 5 days work week (Office Hours)

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate, review, and process invoices in a timely manner.
• Track and manage accounts receivable, ensuring prompt collection of outstanding payments.
• Process vendor payments and manage accounts payable records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including journal entries and general ledger postings.
• Reconcile bank statements, cash flow, and account balances on a regular basis.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Prepare, file, and submit GST returns accurately and on time.
• Handle all aspects of tax preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Ensure all financial activities are compliant with local regulatory and company standards.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min. GCE “O” Levels or equivalent
• Prior experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the automotive industry or car workshop setting.
• Knowledge in AutoCount will be advantageous
• Strong understanding of GST and tax regulations in Singapore.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
