Finance Executive

• Gross Salary: Up to $3500
• Working days & hours: 5 days work week (Office Hours)
• Location: Tampines West MRT (15 minutes’ walk from MRT)

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate, review, and process invoices in a timely manner.
• Track and manage accounts receivable, ensuring prompt collection of outstanding payments.
• Process vendor payments and manage accounts payable records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including journal entries and general ledger postings.
• Reconcile bank statements, cash flow, and account balances on a regular basis.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Prepare, file, and submit GST returns accurately and on time.
• Handle all aspects of tax preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
• Ensure all financial activities are compliant with local regulatory and company standards.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min. GCE “O” Levels or equivalent
• Prior experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the automotive industry or car workshop setting.
• Knowledge in AutoCount will be advantageous
• Strong understanding of GST and tax regulations in Singapore.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Requirement

• Applicant should have an experience of 2 to 3 years in the freight forwarding industry
• Minimum education level of O Level / Diploma in any discipline

• Location: The Signature @ Changi Business Park
• Salary Range: S$3000 to S$4000
• Working days: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30am) / Alternate Sat (8.30am to 12.30pm)
