• $2,400 - $2,600

Job Overview:
Doctor Clean Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible and motivated Supervisor cum Driver to lead our team of cleaners and oversee day-to-day operations. The candidate will be responsible for upholding the company’s high cleaning standards, managing a diverse team, handling cleaning equipment, and communicating effectively with clients. This role requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of cleaners from various nationalities to maintain exceptional cleaning standards
• Conduct daily pick-up and drop-off of cleaning equipment across Singapore
• Manage and plan routes efficiently for equipment delivery and team coordination
• Assist with special upholstery cleaning (training will be provided)
• Liaise with customers professionally when necessary to ensure service satisfaction
• Handle heavy loads when required, including lifting and transporting equipment from the lorry
• Collect, transport, and hang curtains as part of client services when needed

Requirements:

• Effective English communication skills for client and team interactions
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Physical fitness for tasks involving heavy lifting
• Valid driver’s license and familiarity with islandwide routes
• A positive attitude toward team leadership and motivation
