Inside Sales Job Responsibilities:

• Prospect, source opportunity through research, leads, prospective listing to grow new customer base and nurture existing customer relationships via cold-calling
• Deliver consistent high-quality customer services by possessing customer focus attitude, with the ability to recommend an appropriate solution and creating value
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and improve customer’s experience
• Increase customer base and revenue through awareness of local market trends and intelligence
• Complete and update daily reporting in a timely and accurate manner
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Inside Sales Qualifications / Skills:

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics and Supply Chain industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual and/or office admin assistant.
• Ability to analyze situations and make appropriate decisions.
• Excellent sense of work prioritization.
• Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to set and maintain high standard of work quality.
• Meticulous in carrying out duties and tasks.
• Ability to proactively identify issues and recommend resolutions or improve ways of doing things.
