Reporting to Distribution Operations Team Lead, you will be part of the team within Distribution Services Department responsible to handle operations related matters for multi distribution channels excluding Bancassurance.
Responsibilities
- Providing operational support in the areas of Offboarding and Distributors Records Management.
- Becoming the subject matter expert to handle enquiries on Agency Rules on Offboarding, orphan policy assignment, debt recovery, and Rep’s Records.
- Prepare and review appeals within stated limits.
- Work with IT & various stakeholders to ensure that related system enhancements are completed.
- Regularly review efficiency and effectiveness of operations processes and policies.
- Regularly review and implement guideline of business rules on distribution operations.
- Improve and enhance on communication to Financial Representatives related to operation processes.
- Conduct quality checks to comply with regulatory and audit sampling checks.
- Prepare/review summary reports/ presentation materials for management reporting.
- Support in operations projects and/or future way of working tasks as and when assigned: You will have the opportunity to work on business process improvement initiatives using future skills such as process simplifications, digitalization, analytics, agile project management, human-centered design/ user journey mapping.

What we are looking for?
- Diploma or Degree
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in life insurance industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint; MS Power BI (preferred)
- Good business analysis skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Take initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes
- Meticulous, diligent, and able to handle huge database records
