Job Description

• Monitor incoming shipments upon receiving pre-alerts from overseas stations or customers.
• Coordinate and organize air import shipments with contractors to ensure seamless clearance and timely delivery to customers.
• Update and communicate with customers in case of shipment delays.
• Manage shipment surveys and handle cargo claims if necessary.
• Engage with overseas agents in the event of delayed shipments.
• Proficiently declare relevant customs permits.
• Adhere to customers' standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Provide timely responses to emails from customers, suppliers, carriers, and our internal network.
• Prepare cash sale invoices and update billing information for the Accounts department.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma-holder in any field
• Preferably 2 year of working experience in the related field
• Training will be provided
