Position Overview: We are seeking a detailed-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office by handling a variety of tasks, including data entry, organization and communication. You will support managers and employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage office operations, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
• Generate sales invoices and credit notes in the accounting system.
• Perform accurate data entry of company information into databases and spreadsheets.
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
• Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings and conferences.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Support team members with various administrative tasks and projects as required.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
