Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the chairman in the management and operation of the company's funds, including project screening, investment analysis, risk assessment and fund operation monitoring.
2. Maintain good relationships with financial institutions such as funds and banks, and coordinate cooperation matters between the company and financial institutions.
3. Participate in the promotion and management of the company's key projects such as supply chain and funds, coordinate project resources, track the progress of the supply chain and funds, and solve various problems encountered in the project.
4. Handle the chairman's daily affairs arrangements, including business trips, meeting arrangements, schedule coordination, document processing, etc.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, finance, finance, economics, supply chain management or related professional background.
2. More than 3 years of working experience in the financial industry or banking. Applicants with relevant experience in fund management or investment analysis are preferred.
3. Applicants with relevant experience in the field of agricultural supply chain management or a certain understanding of supply chain operations will be given priority.
4. Be familiar with the operation of financial markets and investment funds, and have the ability to analyze financial products and assess risks.
5. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate and coordinate efficiently with internal and external parties.
6. Have good writing skills and be able to write reports, plans and meeting minutes; be proficient in using office software (such as Microsoft Office suite) and related financial analysis tools.
