- Coordinate vehicle preparation for customer delivery and supervise contractors to ensure timely completion.
- Work closely with the Sales team to schedule new vehicle deliveries.
- Obtain quotes from vendors for additional accessories. Create Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) records and issue purchase orders.
- Oversee contractors to ensure quality work.
- Conduct quality checks after PDI completion.
- Manage parts inventory and receipt from suppliers.
- Arrange vehicle transport to end users.
- Maintain work premises and track vehicle movement in and out of the warehouse.
- Review and validate paperwork for final invoicing.
- Assist with vehicle inspections and handle any issues.
- Manage vehicle storage and support Sales with demo preparations.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experience in automotive industry, knowledge of standard operating procedure important.
- Class 3 license is a MUST
