3. Get customers to acknowledge receipt by signing on the DO documents

4. Collect payments

5. Update status in CDMS app upon completion of delivery

6. Collect items from suppliers; verify item and quantity

7. Maintain daily delivery / collection log

WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT

1. Receive goods, do a visual inspection of items and a physical count to verify quantity

2. Sort, organize and store inventory

3. Load and unload goods from vehicle; unstuff container

3. Pick, pack and tag goods for delivery to / self-collection by customers

4. Update inventory in ITS (Inventory Tracking System) and invoicing software

5. Conduct periodic stock-take of inventory to ensure inventory accuracy at all times

6. Do general housekeeping of warehouse and workstation

• Demand forecasting: Planning of monthly forecast and stock ordering. Predicting customer buying trends and ensuring that the right products are available in the right quantities at the right time.
• Inventory management: Optimizing inventory levels to minimize storage costs and avoid over stock or out of stock. Monitor stock balances to ensure sufficient fulfilment to the trade channels.
• Transportation planning: Prepare necessary shipping documentations and selecting the most efficient and cost-effective routes for shipping goods.
• Shipping management: Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with suppliers, 3PL & forwarders for shipments to/from overseas.
