RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling of incoming and outgoing shipments document & couriers,
• Arrange shipping documentation & custom declaration/clearance
• Liaise and coordinate to update customer, suppliers and freight forwarders on the delivery schedule
• Update data into ERP System Support day to day logistics operational tasks such as inward/outward shipments
• Arrange operation matters (transport/fumigation/packing/freight booking)
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedure
• Ensure compliance with import/export laws and regulations
• To execute and perform others work task assigned by the superior
• Miscellaneous administrative as needed

• Candidate must possess at least 'N' Level / 'O' Level / Vocational Certificate / NITEC / Higher NITEC / and/or equivalent, and any other relevant course of study..
• At least 0-1 Year of knowlege in Supply Chain and/or with relevant certification

The 4 roles of an Aviation Security Officer (AVSO) are Front loader, Hand-held metal detect Operator/Pat-down searcher, Manual bag searcher and Explosive-trace detect Operator. You will be deployed at passenger/staff screening areas and access control points. You may also be required to perform other similar security functions when required in the Airport.

Job Description:

· Performing security screening in the designated zone

· Manual bag checks

· X-Ray screening for baggage

· Using security equipment to conduct a screening

Requirements:

• Min 1 ‘N’ / 'O' Level

• Able to perform 12 hours shift

• Singaporeans Only

• Observant and Responsible

• Able to perform 4 days’ work followed by 2 days off work cycle

• No experience required (2 weeks paid training provided)

Job Summary:

This role supports the sourcing and administrative activities of the Corporate Services and Procurement department.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing

• To consolidate requirements from requestor and request for quotations from vendors, including verification process
• To assist vendor team to centralize all quotations in the department
• To monitor contracts and request for quotes at least 2 months before contract expiry
• To centralize tender process through use of Ariba system

Administrative

• To perform minutes writing on monthly meeting
• To collate data for EHS and other sustainability related certifications
• To continuously improve and innovate on existing processes in improving work efficiency for Corporate Services & Procurement (CS&P) department
• Help out in Showflat Tagging & Collection as and when required
• Any others as required by Reporting Officer / HOD

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business with at least 3 years of working experience.
• Good writing skills
• Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage
