JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Shuttering of material withiin project zone.
2. No carrying of material required.
3. Transporting workers to & fro dormitory and within site.
4. Able to communicate in English.

• WORKING HOURS:

1. 6 days work week
2. Monday – Sat (8pm – 6am)
3. Overtimes fees applies after offical working hours.

Lorry Driver

1. A valid Class 3 / 4 licence, familiar driving a 14 foot lorry and 20 foot lorry with at least 3 years of driving experience.

2. A clean driving record and familiarity with Singapore Map.

3. Daily picking up of foreign workers from dormitory to working site. End of the day, send them back to their dormitory.

4. Day and night shift. Required to work on Sunday and Public Holidays.

5. Running errands or delivering materials.

6. Collection of payments.

7. Maintaining the vehicle safe and clean.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for the planning, monitoring and scheduling functions for LTA projects.

- Oversee the preparation and monitoring of construction schedules, methods and resources.

- Prepares recovery programmes and presentations summarizing key recovery strategies

- Identify possible time impact issues I.E. set up and manage Variation Order Deduction System.

- Delay Analysis for claim for client or subcon’s claim including presentations.

- Other duties as may be required by the company.

2. Relevant tertiary qualifications with min5 years Civil Project Planning/Scheduling experience (LTA Project advantage)

Job Description

1. Lead a team of technicians in the maintenance and repair of passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.

2. Troubleshoot vehicular problem and recommend preventive measures to achieve minimum downtime.

3. Ensure all repair works are quality checked before handing over to customer.

4. Manage the workflow at the workshop floor and ensure optimum distribution of work to ensure productivity.

5. Perform on site recovery services for customer's vehicle.

Job Requirements

• NITEC / NITEC (Immediate) in Motor Vehicle Mechanics or Automotive Technology
• Minimum 4 years' hands-on experience in the automotive industry
• Experience in trouble-shoot and automotive diagnostic work
• Identify training and development needs of Automotive Foremen and improve their knowledge and skills in Automotive Technology
• Able to lead Automotive Technicians and suggest improvement to work processes
• Possess a valid Class 3 and/or 4 Driving Licence would be an added advantage
