The role will work independently to source for new suppliers according to Direct & Indirect requirements.

Person should possess knowledge and experience in:

• Identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations, and negotiate Terms and Conditions of Purchase with suppliers.
• Evaluate quotations, create competitive advantage for best price, lead time and delivery terms
• Prepare and execute contracts as well as perform post-award administration (eg. Negotiating, issuing change orders, and contract close-outs.)
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with project timelines and budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, company’s guidelines and policies
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any contractual or regulatory issues.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and manages cost reduction activities to achieve annual cost reduction KPIs
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Implement corrective actions as needed to address any performance issues.
• Understand the concept of Purchase Requisition, Sourcing, quotation evaluation, till Purchase order placement to Supplier.
• Provide regular updates to management on procurement metrics and performance.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in a Strategic Sourcing in Direct and / or Indirect procurement business environment, knowledge in DCS and other Engineering industry Sourcing and Procurement.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or CPP-B (Certified Procurement Professional - Basic) or similar are a plus.
• Deliverable-focused, self-motivated with a mindset to excel in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Experience in SAP / HANA / Ariba and other Procurement system / software is an added advantage.
• Expert in Excel / BI report knowledge.
• Good written, verbal and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and open to changes.
• Excellent communicator able to demonstrate communicating effectively with senior management, supplier, and internal stakeholder.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Sourcing and Procurement members
• Optimize the organization's procurement process by developing and implementing strategic sourcing strategies
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, sales, engineering, operations, and quality assurance, to align sourcing strategies with overall business goals

• Responsible for identifying cost-saving opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with suppliers

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management / Engineering background
• 8+ Years experience in a Strategic Sourcing in Direct and / or Indirect procurement business environment, knowledge in DCS and other Engineering industry Sourcing and Procurement
• Sound knowledge in understanding and negotiating Terms and Conditions of Purchase with Suppliers
• Deliverable-focused, self-motivated with an Analytical mindset with proficiency in data to excel in a multi-stakeholder environment
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships

Responsibilities:

• Perform chauffeured driven services to the senior management and guests
• Perform daily dispatch and bank documents submission/collection.
• Upkeep and maintain the company vehicle assigned to and make report to the Dept Manager in charge immediately should there be any damages or faults to the vehicle.

Requirement:

• At least 5 years’ working experience as a Company Driver
• Possess a class 3 driving license

• Not been involved in any traffic accident for the past 3 years or not being prosecuted by the Traffic Police Dept for any traffic offences
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of major landmarks in Singapore
• Able to perform overtime during weekdays & occassional weekends

Perform basic care and maintenance, including changing oil, checking fluid levels, and rotating tires. Repair or replace worn parts, such as brake pads, wheel bearings, and sensors. Perform repairs to manufacturer and customer specifications. Explain automotive problems and repairs to clients and assist the Automotive Engineers by conducting inspections, tests, and data analysis needed to identify and resolve safety, performance, efficiency, and quality issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate Lorry Crane for delivery or lifting within construction sites.
• Comply with road safety, traffic regulations and site safety.
• Ensure vehicle is clean, good and safe condition.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess class 4/5 driving license.
• Must possess WSQ Lorry Loader Cert.

Training can be provided for those who are inexperienced
