The Job

• Review and triage Sourcing requests to ensure the Sourcing is handled through the optimal channel or team to optimize total cost, comply with policies, and ensure speed and efficiency
• Align with 3rd party teams to triage the low value/complexity Sourcing requests to them.
• Consult with and advise internal requesters regarding their purchasing needs and troubleshoot their questions and issues
• Run rapid sourcing events and negotiate with suppliers to generate the best total cost and quality for the company
• Evaluate and process purchase requisitions efficiently to reduce downstream holds and positively impact payment cycles
• Support the development and application of selection criteria and evaluation methodologies to match suppliers with requirements to develop a sustainable preferred supplier program
• Act as procurement subject matter expert in consulting with the business to identify, develop and deploy best practice procurement, category management, and supplier management
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key internal business partners to share best practices and understand and challenge business decisions
• Develop and maintain accurate and complete documentation for operational processes

Job Description

• Direct and manage staff in expediting export correspondence, bid requests, and import export matters.
• Arranges shipping details, such as export licenses, customs declarations, packing, shipping, routing of products.
• Keep track of shipments, invoices and prepare reports to expedite process.
• Expedites import-export arrangements and maintains current information on import-export tariffs
• licenses, and restrictions with FTAs application.

General Summary :-

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Analyze the market and make CAC Business strategy from the perspective of 3C and 4P analysis

· Set up, manage local strategy with each countries and align with global strategy with HQ

· Manage the commercial air conditioner business

· Support and solve key issues in business, products and organizations

· Prepare and host annual Product Director meeting in Asia

· Responsible to regular reporting to HQ and business leader as a representative of Asia

· Manage sales and profit DB and monitor each countries performance and report and share key high light to

• Management of Asia Data(Sales, COI, Pipeline, HR, Maintenance, Marketing, etc..).
• Analysis of Pipeline trend and guide to Subsidiaries to guide how to improve managing the Pipeline.
• Weekly pipeline meeting with subsidiaries Analyze trends and define key markets
• Review and analysis the Sales and Pipeline Monthly
• Collaborate with HQ and Subsidiaries to establish a strategy for the business
• Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reporting (Sales,Pipeline, etc..)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
