The Role:

• Providing customer service to our clients
• Ensure customer satisfaction with business accounts through efficient handling of orders and effective communication with the parties involved.
• Provides warehousing, transport, and logistic solutions to existing business accounts.
• Execute incoming orders from customers and coordinate with warehousing and transport management team to deliver the orders.
• Provides end-to-end customer service on arrangement of schedule, inbound/outbound shipment orders and delivery of orders.
• Manage inventories and logistic arrangement through warehouse management system and transport management system.
• Perform both deskbound and outbound duties at warehouse.
• Perform service recovery by providing solutions on issues encountered during operation.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager

The Role:

• Provides warehousing, transport, freight, and logistic solutions to existing business accounts.
• Plan operations to ensure warehouse and fleets are optimized and operations are smooth.
• Work closely with coordinators and other departments to fulfil tasks.
• Source for vendors to fulfil orders within the company budget.
• Execute incoming orders from customers and coordinate with warehousing and transport management team to deliver the orders.
• Oversees the investigation of stock discrepancies, including negatives, unfound and sold out, reporting the information to Management.
• Provides end-to-end customer service on arrangement of schedule, inbound/outbound shipment orders and delivery of orders.
• Manage inventories and logistic arrangement through warehouse management system and transport management system.
