Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management:Plan, coordinate, and manage daily transport operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  Oversee scheduling, routing, and dispatching of drivers to achieve operational excellence.
  
• Fleet Management:Monitor the performance and maintenance of the company's fleet to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
  Manage vehicle procurement, repairs, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  
• Team Leadership:Supervise and mentor a team of drivers and logistics staff.
  Conduct training sessions to improve driver performance and adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Experience:Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in transport or logistics operations management.
  
• Skills:Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
  Proficiency in logistics software and fleet management tools.
  Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
  In-depth knowledge of transport laws, safety regulations, and best practices.

We are looking for an Assistant Principal Engineer to join our ILS O&S Team. In this position, you will be responsible for in-service vehicle matters, item obsolescence and vehicle upgrading proposal. You will work closely with the Design and O&S team as well as the End Users in order to maintain the availability of the in-service vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet up of End Users to understand their issues and matters on hand.
• Work with different departments, local vendors, overseas OEMS to submit design/pricing proposal.
• Monitor progress of outstanding issues and/or submitted proposals.
• Monitor allocated budget for the given year.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge and/or experience in mechanical design. Proposal writing and budgeting experience will be an advantage
• Self-motivated and able to work systematically
• Team player with good communication and presentation skill
