Processing of customers’ orders and invoicing.
Processing of Purchase Orders.
Knowledge for logistic arrangement in Import & Export
Monitor status of outstanding Shipments
Liaising with 3rd party logistics company / courier services
Assist in sales support on customer enquiries
Sourcing for new suppliers and materials / goods
Identify, anticipate and resolve customer issues in timely manner.
Other ad hoc duties as per assigned.
Requirements
Possess minimum 1 year of experience handling Export/Import Documentation
Possess experience in contract negotiation (e.g. LC)
Good written and communication skills
Fresh graduates welcome (Training provided)
