Job Responsibility
OPERATIONS SUPPORT AND PERFORMANCE MONITORING
- Monitor and share Supply Chain KPI's, performance costs and efficiency analysis.
- Animate performance review; lead corrective actions plans in case of underperformance.
- Perform operational audit; conduct analysis and data gathering; drive improvement plans.
- Develop a strong relationship with business and cross functional operations teams to partner in improving key logistics and business metrics.
- Identify possible cost-effective investments and standardization to optimize warehouse and logistics processes, techniques, and equipment.
PROJECTS, METHODS AND PROCESSES IMPROVEMENT
- Elaborate Supply Chain Core Model and implement processes continuous improvement by providing methods to Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure core model application and improvement through knowledge management: share of best practices across Supply Chain teams to maximize staff commitment and performance.
- Conduct and deliver projects related to Supply Chain systems & processes, ensure effective deployment of new capabilities & continuous improvement strategies into existing operations.
- Promote the Continuous Improvement culture by carrying initiatives on processes already active to support reach of business goals and performance targets.
- Document functional requirements and processes as well as knowledge and create a best practice sharing platform.
- Bring environmental concerns at center of discussions and partner with Sustainability Ambassador to implement actions related to Performance.
TOOLS MANAGEMENT AND DATA QUALITY INSURANCE
- Develop reports and tools, to track and monitor the logistics flows and regional performance.
- Guarantee accuracy and quality of the metrics, KPIs and data shared across the supply chain.
- Maintain stock accuracy up to the agreed standards; Control inventory processes to ensure stock reliability.
- Close partnership and liaise with IT to integrate and enhance interface of operations processes.
BUDGET, FORECAST AND PLANNING CONSOLIDATION
- Contribute to projects and roadmaps definition and update them regularly.
- Collaborate with Finance Dept. in the Recharge Process to the brands Support assisting on costs generated by Logistics processes and related drivers:
- Participate to the monthly recharge review providing rationales about discrepancies between actual and planned costs generated by logistics processes and structures;
- Model and propose allocation drivers for the recharge to the brands.
- Support the Head of the Region on projects and budgeting matters.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT & COMMUNICATION
- Communicate Process & Performance highlights, align initiatives with team members, company and Brands
- Develop partnership with the Brands to incorporate their strategies and objectives to company Roadmap and Capabilities
- Recruit, motivate, train, and develop potential within the team. Assess opportunities of reallocation of resources based on company needs and strategy
- Set challenging and achievable goals for each team members and as a team
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Technology
- 4 years of professional operations management experience, preferably in luxury, fashion, retail and project management
- Knowledge and appetence for international logistics procedures, practices and norms
- Background on Warehouse or 3PL Management and commercial contracts in South East Asia
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel / Access advanced) and BI tools
- Strong and consolidated Data Analytics skills
- Excellent communication for reporting and visibility purposes with all levels of seniority
- Experience in a multi-national environment highly desired, working with stakeholders from different functions, locations and time zones
