Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, establish, and maintain professional relationships with suppliers, ensuring alignment with company values and sustainability goals.
• Formulate strategic procurement plans for both international and domestic sourcing to meet company objectives.
• Work proactively with cross-department teams to ensure product quality and timely deliveries, fostering strong internal collaboration.
• Regularly analyze market trends, price fluctuations, and potential supply chain risks to optimize sourcing strategies.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers, manage budgeting, and implement cost optimization measures in line with the company’s financial and environmental goals.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and relevant environmental regulations throughout the sourcing process.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sourcing and procurement.
• Strong understanding of international and domestic procurement processes, with experience in sustainable materials preferred.
• Proactive in collaborating across departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with external partners and suppliers.
• Strong technical and data-driven decision-making skills to adjust procurement strategies based on market trends and business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stress and maintain high performance during peak periods.
