Roles and Responsibilities

(Full spectrum of HR job scope)

• Motorcycle delivery and handling for dealerships, ensuring thorough inspection by dealers and endorsement of delivery orders.
• Safe operation of forklifts during necessary tasks.
• Efficient collection and delivery of motorcycles and cases to and from the warehouse.
• Timely transport of motorcycles to the service center as needed.
• Unloading containers and pushing motorcycles.
• Unpacking motorcycles, conducting installations, and performing pre-delivery inspection checks.

Requirements

• Applicants should hold a minimum of a Secondary/NITEC qualification in Logistics or its equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is a prerequisite for this position.
• Must have a Class 2B/3 driving license.
• Having a Forklift License/Class 4 driving license would be a valuable additional qualification.

Job Description

• Primary role to be deployed as Driver.
• When no transport deployment, support FM to carry out repair works assigned by RO and/or Superior.
• Coordinates with Contractors on repair works.
• Carry out Preventive maintenance for vehicle and facilities.
• General task assigned by RO e.g. assist in transfer of equipment and furniture.

Specific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

1. Introductory to company's standard operating procedures, warehouse layout and logistic systems

2. Managing inventory effectively, including processes for receiving, storing, picking, and packing items. This involve using inventory management software and systems

3. Learning proper techniques for handling various types of materials, including heavy and fragile items

4. Learning how to secure loads on vehicles to prevent shifting or falling during transport

5. Familarise with Singapore route using GPS and navigation app to optimize delivery times and minimize errors

6. Training on how to handle inquiries and complaint and provide excellent customer service

7. Documenting vehicle inspections, delivery orders, and other essential information

Attachment Period

6 months with possible conversion to full time

· Cooking according to customer orders

· Assist Head Chef in overseeing the culinary operations

· Ensure that the culinary team maintains quality and standard of cooking whilst complying to health and safety standard

· Preparing ingredients and ensure sufficient supplies at cooking station

· To maintain cleanliness, cleaning, neatness and ensuring that employees maintain their personal hygiene in the kitchen areas

· Weekly assisting Bang Guo in cleaning kitchen hood filtering board

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Head Chef

Requirements

- At least 2 years of relevant work experience

- Prior experience in Chinese cuisine will be an added advantage

- Good culinary knowledge and skills

- Always maintaining a good hygiene level at all times, be it personal or within own department.

- Possessed Food Hygiene Certificate

- Able to work well independently as well as in teams
