Operating forklift in a safe manner to perform loading & unloading of cargoes.

Checking and tally the cargoes’ quantity, marking & packaging per documents before releasing & accepting cargoes to / from transporters.

Shifting of cargoes packed on pallets or in crates, to ensure cargoes are stored and kept in the safe manner and optimising the warehouse space.

General warehousing work and housekeeping duties.

Other ad hoc duties assigned by Superior from time to time.

• Supervise constructions work to ensure that quality works are produced.
• Ensure that all operations are carried out safely.
• Drive all the workers and materials to the job site in time.
• Check and receive incoming materials delivered to site.
• Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk.
• Familiar with relevant legal requirement.
• Carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise a team of construction workers.
• Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitoring rectification works.
• Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the project plan.
• Ensure company’s safety rules are observed and obeyed.
• Ensure safety measures are met on site.
• Handle and transport materials (eg. Cement, tiles, stone) and equipment with care (eg. Drill, polishing machine, hacking machine)
• Able to use power tools and machinery if required
• Able to work under pressure & any weather condition
• Able to work in any working environment
• Ad-hoc assignments.

The Driver (Site) is responsible for ferrying office staff from one destination to another in the company’s vehicle. He is also responsible for despatching/ collecting documents and running office errands when assigned

• Maintains driver logs and conducts pre-trip inspections.
• Accurately documents, completes, and submits all necessary paperwork, such as daily despatch sheets, petty cash claims etc.
• Studies and plans destinations’ routes in advance.
• Ensures office employees are ferried to their destinations timely and safely.
• Despatches/ collects documents from/to Town Office, Sites, Clients and/or Consultants’ offices.
• Runs office errands as and when requested.
• Operates the company’s vehicle safely and responsibly.
• Maintains assigned company’s vehicle in good and safe condition and performs required servicing and checks.
• Upkeeps the cleanliness of the company’s vehicle daily.
• Adheres to all safety requirements particular to the company’s

Requirements:

• Min GCE 'N' Level
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience as driver / site driver
• Possess class 3 & 4 & Bus Driver's Vocational Licence (BDVL)
