Key Responsibilities:

1. On-Site Assessments:

• Visit customers’ homes to evaluate their air conditioning needs and assess site conditions for installation.
• Take precise measurements, evaluate existing systems, and identify any potential issues or requirements.

• Communicate with customers to understand their cooling needs, preferences, and budget.
• Provide expert recommendations on suitable air conditioning solutions based on the site survey.

• Prepare and present detailed quotes for air conditioning systems and any additional services required.
• Explain the scope of work, system options, and associated costs to customers in a clear and professional manner.

• Work with the installation team to ensure all necessary information is passed along and that installations meet customer expectations.
