Responsibilities:

• Handle all driving assignments carefully and efficiently

Requirements:

• Secondary education with valid driving license
• Possess a good driving record with minimum of 2 years driving experience, preferably handicapped van

• Able to converse with elderly

This role is essential in coordinating logistics and supply chain operations, managing shipping documentation, and ensuring smooth communication with freight forwarders and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage import/export shipping documentation for land, air, and sea freight.
• Liaise with forwarding agents, clients, and the warehouse.
• Oversee timely delivery of goods and manage billing.
• Handle client inquiries, including shipment tracking.
• Address administrative tasks related to air and sea operations.
• Provide quotations, process sales orders, and manage invoicing.
• Generate sales reports, maintain price lists, and update the sales team.
• Collaborate with external customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Logistics/Supply Chain or related field.
• Background in import and export shipping documentation 1-3 years of experience (ability to liaise with land, air, and sea freight forwarders)
• Proficiency in Mandarin (for communication with Chinese counterparts).
• Ability to commute to Gul Circle (Tuas area) long-term.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and INCOTERMS.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and detail-oriented skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Microsoft Dynamics NAV 365, and document control.
• Good customer service skills; knowledge of HS codes and Strategic Goods Control is a plus.

Inventory & Shipment

• Prepare KCT’s stock on hand for the fortnightly discussions.
• Provide projection of stocks holding period based on latest sales information.
• Highlight any shipment plans needed and ensuring no out of stock situation.
• Oversee the paper work required for importation and exportation.
• Keep track of the local stocks and overseas shipment arrival dates.
• Ensure the accuracy of goods arrivals (SKUs, quantities and shelf life etc) based on the agreed terms with supplier.
• Update the operation team on the shipment arrivals and stocks’ ready date for sale.

Marketing

• Prepare weekly update of channel marketing and price promotions reports for team meeting.
• Coordinate with different channels and suppliers for tactical marketing and price promotions.

Business Development

• Promptly supporting in listing new products and promotions as per agreement between KCT and channels.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging with customers to address inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and accurately. Providing information and assistance on quotations and operational matters in a timely manner to uphold excellent customer service standards
• Handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and facilitating shipment activations, including cross-trade shipments
• Coordinating with customers for their incoming, outgoing, and cross-trade shipments, ensuring smooth logistics operations.
• Completing all required documentation accurately and on time, maintaining meticulous records to support efficient logistics operations.
• Handling customer issues promptly and effectively, taking appropriate actions to prevent recurrence. Escalating complex issues to relevant stakeholders as needed.
• Ensuring accurate data entry and reporting, maintaining up-to-date records to support decision-making and performance analysis.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Good working attitude with a positive customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic experience in sea/air shipment procedures is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
• Willingness to commit to overtime when required to meet business needs.
