The Job

• Gathering Feedback: Actively collect and analyze feedback from Driver-Partners to understand their needs and improve their experience.
• Code of Conduct Monitoring: Identify and report any Driver-Partners who violate our Code of Conduct (COC) to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all.
• Issue Escalation: Collaborate with the Partner Trust team to escalate issues and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and support.
• Partner Rewards: Implement and manage various campaigns to reward our Driver-Partners for their hard work and dedication.
• Educational Engagement: Conduct educational sessions focused on Safety and Quality to enhance the knowledge and skills of our Driver-Partners.
• Event Assistance: Support engagement events by performing ad hoc duties such as distributing goodies, packing items, and ensuring a positive experience for all participants.

Job Responsibilities

• Support delivery & warehouse duties as required by management.
• To handle day to day delivery related activities including prepare customer order, shipping documents from company system.
• Preparation and arrange delivery of goods for local delivery.
• Receiving and return stock from local & overseas supplier including container unstuffing.
• Participation of monthly stock count related activities.
• To ensure cleanliness / housekeeping / tidiness of warehouse, warehouse equipment is kept in good order / conditions.
• Any additional duties as required by management.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of working experience or more in trading company environment required.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Able to work in fast and moving environment and team player is a must.

The ideal candidate will also assist in the setup of stickers, banners, posters, and signages at various installation sites.

Responsibilities:

1. Safe Transportation:Operate company-owned vans in a safe and responsible manner.
   Ensure the secure and careful handling of both workers and print materials during transit.
   
2. Installation Support:Assist the installation team in setting up stickers, banners, posters, and signages at various installation sites.
   Provide support as needed, ensuring the timely completion of installation projects.
   
3. Delivery Schedule:Execute daily delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.
   Communicate effectively with the dispatch team for any updates or changes.
   
4. Vehicle Maintenance:Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on the assigned van.
   Report any mechanical issues promptly to the maintenance team.
   
5. Documentation:Maintain accurate records of deliveries, completed orders, and installation work.
   Ensure all necessary paperwork, such as delivery receipts, is completed accurately.
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a van driver or in a similar role.
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of a clean driving record.
• Ability to assist in the installation of stickers, banners, posters, and signages.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy items.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 10:00 am to 7:00 pm

After-Hours Policy:The company vehicle is to be left at the company premise after work hours.
