CAR DRIVER (PRIVATE SERVICE)(class 3 driver)

• Responsible for ensuring the safe and punctual arrival of the chairman by daily utilization of their vehicle.
• Responsible for executing special assignments designated by the chairman.
• Proficient in fundamental business etiquette, possessing a strong sense of confidentiality, rationality, and composure.
• Accountable for vehicle insurance, annual inspections, and related administrative tasks.
• Tasked with maintaining regular vehicle operations through cleaning, maintenance, and other necessary upkeep duties.
• Adherence to company regulations is mandatory; private use of company vehicles as well as any illegal or disorderly behavior are strictly prohibited.
• Fulfillment ofadditional responsibilities assigned by superiors.
• Possessing over 8 years of driving experience.
• Demonstrating good physical health along with an appealing image and temperament; absence of undesirable habits is required.
• Having served as a full-time driver at the level equivalent to general manager or higher for more than 3 years consecutively.
• Holding driver's license while being familiar with traffic regulations; exhibiting steady driving skills without road rage incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the air freight import operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of import shipments.
• Coordinate with airlines, customs brokers, and freight forwarders to ensure efficient and compliant import processes.
• Monitor shipment statuses and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Handle and resolve any issues related to import shipments, including delays, damages, and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of import transactions, including shipment documentation, invoices, and customs declarations.
• Assist in preparing reports and analyzing data to improve import processes and performance.
• Support the Air Freight Import Manager in developing and implementing strategies to optimize operations and reduce costs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, warehousing, and finance, to ensure smooth and efficient import operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related industry.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding Air Freight operations (Import / Export).
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual and able to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts.
• Able to worked 5.5 days a week.
