Accountabilities

• Plan, develop and conduct “Train the Trainer” workshops for Branch’s Trainers to be effectively deliver training, performance measurement, analysis improvement and control to support branch’s operational and commercial objectives
• Collaborate closely with Branch Trainers and GMs to drive adoption of required processes; identify and improve inconsistencies and deficiencies, and to turn data-driven
  findings into operational successes.
