Requirements:

Overview:

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Legal Contracts and Compliance:

• Draft, vet, and negotiate various legal agreements, including dealer/distributor agreements, bank facility and security documents, tenders, procurement contracts, service agreements, and tenancy agreements.
• Ensure company activities are compliant with relevant laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines.
