• Draft capacity plans to assess the sustainability of new or modified manufacturing processes
• Actively monitor project portfolios, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions, including developing contingency plans
• Meet growth targets by executing strategies to expand services or secure new business
• Respond to and write tenders and proposals, managing large tender projects with team support
• Lead contract and service level negotiations with customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction by managing current contracts in line with agreed objectives
• Provide feedback from customers to operations management for continuous service improvement
• Stay updated on Company operations, administration capabilities, and industry trends
• Represent the Company in customer meetings and report back through formal reviews and management reports
• Implement and manage the Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce)
• Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and motivation to the BD/Sales team to achieve yearly sales targets

Job Requirement(s):

• Minimum Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent
• 5 - 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a 3PL and trading environment
• Proven track record in customer management and deliver end-to-end supply chain solutions in a 3PL setting
• Familiarity with or knowledge of refrigerated 3PL services
• Effective consulting skills, capable of working at both strategic and tactical levels
