• Establishes and maintain effective employee-employer working relationship, particularly for satellite employees at clients' work sites.
• Perform other forms of ad-hoc matters assigned by the company.

Requirements:

1. 1 to 3 years’ experience working in the manpower, aviation, BPO or relevant.
2. You must be able to demonstrate previous successes in operations, customer relationship scenarios.
3. Proficient in MS office.
4. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
5. Ability to manage tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Fluent in English.
7. You are someone highly dedicated with a high degree of personal motivation and proven operations records.
8. You should be customer oriented.
9. Having a valid driver's license is an advantage.
10. Able to obtain an Airport Pass.
11. Confident in dealing with staff of all ages.
12. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work independently as well as in a team will be required.
13. Attend networking session as and when required.
