Job Scope:

• Oversee and supervise all aspects of import and export operations, including air freight forwarding
• Develop, implement, and enhance operational procedures for air freight transportation, for both imports and exports
• Lead negotiations for rates and contracts with air carriers
• Collaborate closely with the commercial team, particularly Key Accounts, to achieve and surpass business targets
• Foster and maintain enduring relationships with clients, airlines, and terminals
• Ensure adherence to TSA, Customs, and other pertinent regulations governing imports and exports
• Maintain flexibility in scheduling to accommodate operational requirements
• Provide leadership and direction to the team
• Take on additional tasks or projects as delegated by the supervisor

DELIVERY DRIVER

• Deliver (including loading and unloading) the company's goods to clients promptly
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record
• Accepting payments for delivered items
• Ensure that all orders are properly packed and are matched with the correct delivery documents before being sent out for delivery.
• Maintain company vehicles in clean and good working condition.
