This project focuses on optimizing and strategically managing all operational functions within the Asian region. This leadership role is critical to the company's mission, ensuring efficient logistics, supply chain, production planning, scheduling, sourcing, and sample movements.

Key Components

Logistics and Supply Chain Management

• Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies for regional and international product distribution.
• Oversee supply chain operations for timely material procurement, inventory management, and delivery to manufacturing facilities.
• Collaborate with various teams to streamline processes and optimize supply chain efficiency.

Production Planning and Scheduling

• Lead production planning activities, ensuring alignment with market demands, inventory targets, and quality standards.
• Develop robust scheduling processes to optimize manufacturing capacity while meeting regulations and quality requirements.

Sourcing and Vendor Management

• Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors, building strong partnerships to secure reliable sources for materials and services.
• Develop contingency plans and alternative sourcing strategies, particularly for critical manufacturing operations.

Sample Movements and Regulatory Compliance

• Manage the movement of product samples for testing, validation, and regulatory approvals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and procedures through collaboration with regulatory teams.

Scaling Operations

• Develop strategic plans for scalability, anticipating and mitigating challenges associated with growth and complexity.
• Drive process improvements and implement scalable systems to accommodate the organization's evolving needs.

Our company is looking for suitable candidates to join their growing business as Executive Assistant & Driver.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide administrative support for Director

· Handle personal tasks for the Director

· Handle travel arrangements for Director

· Attend all meetings with director including social activities and overseas trips.

· To keep proper filling records and other documents

· Provide chauffeuring service to Director & guests

· Anticipate and coordinate Director’s point-to-point travel needs

· Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENT:

· Diploma requirement.

· Possesses a clean traffic record, with at least 3 years driving experience.

· Must be able to travel overseas if required.

· Must be flexible with work schedule.

· Fluent in English & Mandarin both spoken and written to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Neat and well groomed.

· Physically fit.

• Location : Millenia Tower (Near Suntec City)

• Working hours : 9.00am to 6.00pm (5 Days)

• Salary: up to S$3,500 higher/ Negotiable (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
