PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Review and validate paperwork for final invoicing.
• Assist with vehicle inspections and handle any issues.
• Manage vehicle storage and support Sales with demo preparations.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by management.

• Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience in automotive industry, knowledge of standard operating procedure important.
• Class 3 license is a MUST

• Supervise daily workshop operations to enhance efficiency and productivity, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in handling complaint cases and generating reports for analysis.
• Address customer inquiries and maintain high service standards.
• Support the customer service team during peak periods.
• Collaborate with management to identify service gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust operations as necessary.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned, including vendor liaison and promotion activities.
• Prepare reports as required.

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in workshop environment / service operation in automotive industry.
