• Provide talent and market insights to the Talent Acquisition Partners and business stakeholders that helps to inform and influence talent strategy.
• Develops sourcing strategies and builds pipelines of candidates for niche and hard to fill roles as well as repeatable skill sets.
• Uses innovative sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract a diverse range of candidates from across the world.
• Provides the very best experience to candidates on their journey through interview process.
• Actively promotes Visa’s employee value proposition.
• Constantly look for ways to innovate and improve the way we hire at Visa.
