ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Overseeing day-to-day operations of site
Engage and manage service providers for repairs and maintenance as directed by client
Manage contracts and performance of service providers through regular physical checks and site walk
Convene and attend all meetings; prepare minutes and reports for meeting
Attend to residents’ feedbacks
Prepare and submit an annual budget
Ensure compliance with BMSMA, relevant laws, government rules and regulations and company’s policies
Process and assist in putting up paper for Extraordinary works as directed when necessary
REQUIREMENTS
Degree / Diploma in Estate Management, Building, Engineering/ related discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
Mature and independent with the ability to lead team to drive results
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and IT Savvy
Knowledge of BMSMA
Candidate with certificate in Managing Agent Practice will have an added advantage
