- Develop and execute social media strategies for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok.
- Manage daily social media activities, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.

Content Creation:
- Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, videos) that aligns with our brand identity.

Online Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to drive traffic, leads, and sales.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs.
- Understand SEO and relevant online marketing concepts.
E-Commerce Management:
- Manage and optimize our WooCommerce/Shopify platform, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.
- Update product listings, monitor inventory, and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise within the WooCommerce system.
- Collaborate with the team to implement promotional strategies and analyze e-commerce performance metrics to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Able to manage and optimise Lazada and Shopee platforms to promote products.
Marketing Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and online advertising.
- Strong photography and videography skills, including proficiency in editing software.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Solid understanding of online marketing strategies and tactics.
