Individual to be involved in:
- Oversee overall daily operations, coordinating with team leaders to allocate resources such as staffs, equipment, and vehicles
- Plan and coordinate each job from start to completion, adjusting schedules as needed to accommodate changes or emergencies
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of the company’s fleet of moving trucks and cleaning vehicles
- Optimize routing and scheduling to minimize travel time
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, moving equipment, and other operational materials
- Place orders for inventory replenishment and maintain optimal stock levels
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of goods/services
- Monitor expenses and operational costs
- Oversee billing processes for suppliers and clients ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contracts and billing terms
- Generate financial reports and performance metrics, providing insights to support decision-making
- Participate in the recruitment process, including interviewing candidates and making hiring decisions
- Responsible for training new hires on operational procedures
- Monitor team performance against KPIs, providing regular feedback and coaching
