Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
-Plan and prepare equipment, tools, needed transportation, materials and arrange planning for manpower.
-Ensure workplace safety, discipline and welfare for all working workers.
-To oversee that subcontractor work order and to raised immediately once any confirmation of job being release by owner representative.
-To check and understand technical specifications, prepare job checklist, manpower's work schedule, plan material take-off and contractor planning for each project.
-To provide support for planner in preplanning, generation of programs, and follow up of all jobs in order to utilize optimum resources available.
- To prepare progress reports and target that being achieved, be environmentally conscious and ensure permit to work system is followed strictly.
-Order materials as required by the project and co-ordinate for timely delivery of the materials required.
-Maintaining all management system and production records.
-Able to work on weekend and public holiday
