In-charge of improving and innovating workflow to maximise operation flow efficiency
Take orders and key in the POS system
Process orders accurately to the kitchen
Manage respective section and deliver food and drinks with confidence, knowledge and commitment
Perform quality checks on tables
Manage and handle reservations, hosting, inventory, costing and other administrative matters
Perform opening and closing duties per outlet SOPs
