Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for overall client support in Remittance Solutions for the International Market

· Maintain professional and effective working relationships with clients

· Develop trusted relationships with key accounts, clients and partners

· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products and solutions according to client’s needs and objectives

· Deliver exceptional client services on a day-to-day basis

· Execution of transactions and trades base on client’s needs

· Seek referrals from existing clients and stakeholders

· Develop and grow remittance solutions business

· Involve in new client onboarding process

· Conduct meetings with existing clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions

· Recognise and anticipate triggers based on client behaviour to engage with clients who request to terminate / downgrade relationship

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Business/Economics/Sales & Marketing or equivalent

· Minimum 1 years working experience in cross-border payment / remittance industry / FX industry / DPT industry

· Entrepreneurial and able to work in fast faced environment with numerous stakeholders

· Resourceful and independent with good problem-solving skills

· Strong communication and relationship building skills

· Fluent in both English and Mandarin (able to communicate with Chinese speaking associates).

· Commercial understanding of technology solutions, specifically towards financial services industry preferred

Responsibilities

· Provide quotes and execute trades with OTC counterparties

· Operate trading systems including adjusting prices according to current market value

· Suggest automation and improvements to systems and strategies

· Stay current with changes in system functionality, market structure changes, and industry developments

· Streamline workflows with different internal teams across products, data and other supporting departments in daily work

The Profile

· Bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields

· At least 1 year working experience in a similar role within Financial Services

· Knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain and trading or finance/ banking/ payments industry

· Highly motivated and have highest level of integrity

· Possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

· Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

· Well-organised, detailed-oriented with excellent communication skills and patience

· Strong team player, project management skills, ability to prioritise and build scalable processes

· Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and the ability to speak in Mandarin is strong advantage
