• Ensure to provide excellent customer service through phone, email, chat etc. in timely and accurate manner.
• Serve as liaison between customer support team, management and customer to improve customer service and business productivity.
• Help customers with complaints and questions and give customers information about products and services.
• Assist directly or route customers to the appropriate personnel assistance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs in courteous and timely manner.
• Track, follow-up and resolve customer’s outstanding issues in timely fashion.
• Develop customer service programs in order to provide outstanding service.
• Prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purpose.
• Assist in training peers on improving customer support service

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line engineering support for M&E systems
• Carry out/ ensure routine & preventive maintenance services of M&E systems in accordance to plan/master schedule
• Conduct site inspections and data logging for critical M&E systems
• Perform preliminary troubleshooting and rectification of M&E issues
• Manage and supervise contractors to perform maintenance/ repair/ replacement works
• Responsible for tenants satisfaction, attend to and investigate and complaints related to M&E services
• Ensure that the premises and its building facilities are maintained at the highest standards
• Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance, repair and services activities.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Engineering Supervisor & Building Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Electronics /Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Hardworking, positive working and learning attitude
• A good team player who is also able to work independently
• Possess good technical knowledge of building works and M & E will be advantage.
• Possess good communication skills (with good written & spoken English) and be able to relate to different levels of people.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and work well in fast-paced environment
