Responsibilities:

• Classes of insurance you are responsible for: General classes except for Marine and Motor.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing partners/brokers to increase sales and meet long-term partnership goal.
• Work with the team to actively identify new sales opportunities to increase business portfolio.
• Work collaboratively with relevant departments (claims, underwriting etc) to facilitate prompt and efficient servicing support to brokers.
• Facilitate product training for brokers.
• Prepare documentation required for insurance placement including quotation slips, placement/ closing slips, cover notes, endorsements.
• Always ensure compliance to corporate governance and MAS regulations.
• Participate in system and/or process improvement projects when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with at least 2-3 years of client servicing/business development experience in the general insurance space.
• Strong client servcing and relationship building skills.
• BCP, PGI, CGI certified.

• Convert leads provided by the company to sales through telemarketing activities 

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' Level
• Prior experience working in telemarketing or sales function and/or the financial services sector prferred

Responsibilities:

• Under the Marketing Team, you will provide support to existing corporate clients and intermediaries on policy renewal and/or endorsement requests.
• Provide quotation in accordance with Company’s underwriting guidelines.
• Prepare monthly premium income report.
• To assist Accounts department in premium collection including fronting policies.
• To establish customer benefit services with vendors.
• Provide customer service to corporate clients on their enquiries, requests, complaints and claims matters.
• Assist the department in planning renewal strategies for corporate clients.
• Prepare referral form, issue Cover Notes and collect of premiums.
• Ensure clients’ database is well maintained and kept updated at all times.
• Participate in improvement project or risk survey, if necessary.
• Other duties that are assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with at least 1 year of administrative support experience in the insurance space.
• BCP, PGI and HI Certificates are required.
• Good follow up skills.
