Operations Support Officers (for schools)

Location: Many locations.

Working Hours: 5 days week ( No work on Saturdays, Sundays and PH)

Mondays-Fridays: 7.00 a.m. - 4.00 p.m.

Job Description: To assist Operation Manager.

• To maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the General Office, classrooms & special rooms

• To assist in logistic matters for eg, preparation of rooms for school events and functions including of shifting of furniture.

• To assist delivery and distributing external materials to classrooms.

• To assist in disinfecting of furniture, and equipment during times of emergency or pandemic

• To escort contractors if needs arise

• To perform gate duties during school arrival and dismissal times and during times of heavy traffic.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand as necessary.
• Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are clean and organized.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Dispose of waste and recycling materials in an environmentally responsible manner.
• Assist to sweep and mop dining area
• Keep dishwashing area clean and organized.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by kitchen manager

Contract Duration:

Work Hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break included)
• Fridays: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch break included)

Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our team, you will:

• Secure the school premises in the evening.
• Provide logistic support for events, including setting up tables and chairs.
• Accompany contractors during defect works and manage access to facilities.
• Perform cleaning tasks for various rooms.
• Clear waste bins regularly.
• Assist the Operations Manager with any other required tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experienced, with a preference for those having at least 3 years in a local setting.
