Job Title: Process Engineer @ Tampines MRT

Working hours 8:30am to 5:30pm, 5 working days

Job Responsibilities:

1. To lead a team of process AE/Technician to work on all process related functions to ensure an efficiency production
2. To work with all internal departments to create a proper process operation flow as per customer & business requirement
3. To ensure production W/I is properly maintained include SFC control process & SAP maintain process
4. To lead operation teams on ECO changes & implementations.
5. To lead in process efficiency through process improvements, UPH tracking & Kaizen activities
6. To update EC masterlist & tracking
7. To prepare and update Working Instruction.
8. To provide trainings over W/I to production.
9. To support on the NPI Process
10. To support production on mass run
11. Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintain)

Qualification:

1. Degree/ Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Manufacturing
2. Ability to work with the customer, HQ / factory, Peers / Subordinate, and Superiors
3. Strong problem-solving skills
4. Ability to work with minimal supervision
5. Good project management skills.
6. A keen eye for details

Job title: Infra Security Engineer

Work Location: Genting Lane

Working hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm, 5 days a week

Contract Period: 1 year contract period (Convertable to Perm)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for IT governance on network security and infrastructure health, to monitor and control tasks and support IT daily operation for reliability and efficiency
2. Design, validate, implement and document end-to-end process for office network topology, sort out cabling connection, configure firewall policies, handling physical and virtual security, provision server, backup and manage IT assets, etc.
3. Proactively monitor and report IT operation, deliverables, risks and issues, incident reports, maintenance, etc. ensure IT service is within good standard and meets SLA
4. Communicate with Corp IT and external vendors over technical support and solutions for infra, network, security appliances, servers, mail, system and various hardware appliances whereby system software and end user devices are running on top of
5. Continuous improvement and implementations of hot fixes, patches, firmware upgrades, OS hardening security and remediation solutions to address vulnerabilities within required window, for both Windows and Linux OS and major firewall brands
6. Hands-on operate for AD, DNS, File server, printer, conference, email, Antivirus, Veeam backup, SFTP, etc based on security implementation.
7. Provide L2 IT supports to end user onsite or remotely, standby for outrage support
8. Handle and escalate on system, applications and attend to faults, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software technical problems
9. Perform regular internal auditing and review IT compliances and policies
10. Follow guideline and SOP for backup IT administration work, such account creation, termination, changes, with proper documentation, etc.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree holder in IT domain, will consider Diploma if candidate has good working experience
2. Experienced in cyber security area, OS hardening, security log review, risk mitigation, etc.
3. Experienced in IT network administration, system administration on top of office administration
4. Prefer with working experience 3 years and above (open for less experience, if the candidate has strong interests to pursue in this domain)
5. Consider convert to Perm if candidate able to meet the job requirement and has potential of growth and willing to accept more challenges
6. Strong analytic and problem-solving skill is the essential
7. CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, etc. preferred
8. Good technical experience with approachable attitude and strong ownership; highly adaptable
9. Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin

Job Descriptions

• Assist in implementation and management of food safety (HACCP & ISO 22000) & quality assurance programmes in Central Kitchen & outlets (local & overseas)
• Training of staff in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food hygiene and food handling techniques
• Assist in QA testing programme and new product development
• Conduct regular inspections
• Conduct investigations on customers’, outlets’ and Central Kitchen’s feedback
• Ensure all SOPs are adhered to at Central Kitchen & outlets
• Liaise with vendors/contractors on maintenance matters pertaining to food safety/QA issues

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Food Science & Technology or related field
• Preferably 3 years of working experience in the QA field in the F&B industry
• Bilingual in dual language (Mandarin & English) for communication associate.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for production operation activities to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing process
• Liaise with cross functional department on effective corrective/preventive actions, including carry out improvement activities such as process optimization, benchmarking, etc through various statistical tools and software.
• Handle audit in accordance to TS/IATF & ISO and OHSAS requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Good Analytical & Problem solving skills.
• 2 years with relevant experience is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, action-focused and result-oriented team player.
• Knowledge on TS/IATF 16949, OHSAS18001, ISO14001, SPC, FMEA and TPM will be added advantage.
• Willing to work overtime when needed
