Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the IT operations within the organization, ensuring timely and efficient support to enhance staff satisfaction.

Assist with helpdesk tasks as needed.

Coordinate, plan, and manage IT services and activities to ensure smooth operations aligned with business objectives.

Ensure successful project and change management, delivering solutions that meet technical, functional, performance, and business requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to propose and implement technical solutions, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring vendors meet contractual obligations for successful project outcomes.

Ensure adherence to enterprise technology practices and project management standards, maintaining quality and consistency.

Monitor key project milestones, adjusting plans and resources as necessary to meet objectives and deadlines.

Oversee IT asset management, inventory, and documentation to ensure accurate records and efficient processes.

Facilitate communication across the organization on project scope, budget, risks, and resources to promote transparency and collaboration.

Manage IT procurement, including obtaining quotes, entering procurement details, and ensuring efficient workflows.

Prepare, consolidate, and review reports and documentation to support project tracking, decision-making, and continuous improvement efforts.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support overall IT operations and projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT.

At least 3 years of experience in IT service delivery or a related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft products.

Knowledge in Networking, System Administration, cloud-based infrastructure, and Cybersecurity is a plus.

Experience with IT auditing is an advantage.

A team player who can work independently and handle pressure effectively.

Organization, management and full integration of the operation

• Owner of MSA & - Ensuring operational compliance with the MSA
• Owner of SLA Compliance - Owns Key Measurements, Service Levels & Critical Deliverables
• Reporting - collect data for key deliverables and generate reports as per SOW requirement.
• Owner of TR Compliance – Enforce TR control process to meet relevant TR regulations.
• Process design, review, audit and improvement
• Document Control – Owns Document Control Compliance
• Change Management – Owns change management process
• Knowledge Transfer – Monitors & reports on knowledge transfer continuity and accuracy.
• Continuous Improvement – Perform trend analysis, assist in root cause analysis, utilize best practices, and assess customer satisfaction survey results to determine areas for improvement.

• Organize and host Monthly, Weekly, Quarterly meeting.

You Will:

• Involved in IT Infrastructure design, Project Management assignments, Strategy formation assignments and Procurement advisory assignments for various clients.
• Led and delivered multiple small to medium sized development and enhancement of projects
• Performed project estimation, planning, monitoring and control for different stages of the project
• Handled end to end service management, process development and project evaluation in line with business case.
• Capturing Client’s Technology requirements, IT Project Management, IT Operations, Infrastructure Management, Datacenter Operation Management, Vendor Management, IT Procurement.

You Bring:

• Bachelor Degree or Master in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science, Business IT or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years of experiences in managing & leading a team
• Strong experience in IT Infra Operation and Project Management
• Experience working in Whole of Government (WOG) environment is preferred
• Experience in managing end to end projects and managing client’s expectation
• Effective interpersonal skills, both written in English and good presentation skills
• Good leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills

JOB PREREQUISITES

1. Minimum Academic Qualifications:

2. Minimum Relevant Job Experience:

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse and production environment
