Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the business development plan to generate incremental revenue.
• Identify, evaluate and execute new business opportunities aligned with the Centre's strategy.

• Use analytics tools to assess viable business development opportunities by leveraging internal and external data.

• Ensure that existing customers’ needs are met and create a pipeline of repeat customers.

Sales & Marketing

• Work with internal stakeholders to understand the Company's strengths and value proposition to develop sales strategies to drive sustainable and profitable growth.
• Formulate the marketing strategy and plan which align with the overall sales and business development strategy.
• Develop sales schemes and campaigns to achieve sales targets and strategic objectives.
• Promote corporate image and act as the brand ambassador for the Centre and the Company, where applicable.
• Set, monitor and grow brand visibility to achieve market share targets.
• Develop strategies for lead generation, monitoring, and conversion.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in relevant discipline.
• Able to develop, articulate and present a sound business plan and strategy.
• Able to do market opportunity identification and assessment.
• Familiar with business development and sales forecasting skills.
• Familiar with business financial management.
• Familiar with new product development process.
• Possesses good market research skills.
• Possess a good understanding of relevant marketing models and methodologies.
