Provides routine care such as bathing, feeding, diapering, toileting, dressing and napping
Familiar with the steps and procedures in carrying out the routine care
Facilitates children’s exploratory behavior, thinking and learning
Plans and adapts activities to individual child’s needs
Supervises infants and toddlers at all times
Ensures that the environment is safe and healthy
Observes, reflects, evaluates and documents children’s learning, development and progress
Performs any other tasks assigned by the principal
Job Requirements
Minimum Higher Certificate in Infant Care or equivalent
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Proactive and good team player
