Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage change order/ variation claim from subcontractors and prepare change order/ in support of variation order claims to client, and keeping track of all change orders.
• Work closely with Project teams/ various disciplines (Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Subcontractors, etc.) and coordinate the timely contract price adjustment/ claims including internal reviews/ approvals
• Manage full spectrum of respective subcontracting works, measurement/ bill of quantities, cost plus and adjustable items as per claim requirements.
• Works closely with all stakeholders include procurement teams to support timely contract price adjustment
• Ensures all POs and WOs and payments flow from procurement & subcontractor team into the Project Cost Code system
• Prepare tender/ subcontract document, bid/ subcontract checklist and prepare bid/subcontract evaluation and summary
• Ensure main contract terms, project specification and requirements are incorporated in the bid documents and subcontract document
• Monitor, review and check subcontractors’ milestone/progress claims and invoice on timely manner, and coordination with internal cost control/ finance department for payment processing
• Manage/ administer the subcontracts with subcontractors
• Issue work order
• Organise kick off meeting and other ad‐hoc meetings with subcontractors
• Handle and maintain performance securities with subcontractors
• Manage day to day contractual correspondences with subcontracts including contractual letters preparation and tracking of incoming/outgoing letters
• Procure all subcontracting work within budget and in accordance to comply financial guideline
• Monitor subcontracting cost and ensure within allocated budget
• Finalises project final accounts settlement with subcontractors and close out
• Participate in monthly cost review, if required. Manage warranty/ defect claims if any
• Participate in Project meetings, interface with cost control, procurement and others.

Requirements:

• Degree in any Engineering disciplines
• 3‐5 years of experience in contracts administration
• Familiar with offshore platforms, modules, FPSOs, jackets, etc. and onshore petrochemical plants will be an added advantage
• Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to commit overtime as and when required

• Deliver robust and timely group reporting & analysis:
• Prepare monthly management accounts and consolidation of management accounts.
• Manage group and specific entity statutory financial statements.
• Prepare and submit weekly reporting.
• Reconciliation of intercompany AR & AP balances.
• Reconciliation of Interco loan balances on a monthly basis.
• Detailed analysis of Interco sub-con invoices.
• Detailed analysis of overhead expenses on a monthly basis.
• Periodical review of Accounts receivable and payable.
• Review and implementation of effective financial controls and monthly reconciliation.
• Prepare consolidated annual budget for group accompanies.
• Liaising with external auditors and other professional advisors.
• Intercompany and Related company Subcon invoices reconciliation
• Perform Monthly Bank reconciliation & GST reconciliation for Input Tax & Output Tax
• Prepare quarterly GST return
• Prepare tax schedules and assist in tax matters.

• 3 - 5+ years post-qualification experience (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
• Excellent analytical and data management skills.

• A strong commercial acumen and better due diligence in detail.
• Excellent IT and systems experience; advanced Excel, proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint.
• ·Working experience in Oracle NetSuite / MS Dynamics is preferable.

• Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource and Administrative functions and activities, not limited to recruitment and selection, payroll administration, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and training & development.
• Monitoring and assisting in work pass administration including new application, renewal, cancellation, and purchasing of security bonds, etc for the marine process
• Analyse needs, review HR policies and processes and recommend HR actions to ensure practices are in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Involve in grievance handling and disciplinary issues
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the information in all HRIS systems and physical documents such as payroll, employee records, leave system, employment contracts, etc
• Execute recruitment activities to meet business needs. Handling recruitment and selection processes, job offers, and internal salary benchmarking. Work closely with section managers on hiring requirements, ensure efficient and effective on-boarding and off-boarding activities including work pass application and orientation
• Advise internal customers on HR procedures and policies
• Prepare and analyze monthly reports for management
• Provide accurate information in surveys and liaison with government agencies
• Update human resources policies, ensuring compliance with government labor legislation on a regular basis.
• Prepare and submit statutory documents and all employer-related claims (NS makeup, maternity/paternity, childcare leave, annual income tax submission, IR21, etc.)
• Perform other administrative functions, projects, and assignments as tasked
• Manage employee inquiries on the HR processes and policies and proactively identify HR issues and provide timely resolutions
